Phoned 9am on a Friday morning about a wasp nest. Had a good chat and said they would come out the next day. Then called back to say they would be able to sort it straight away. By 10:30 it was done and the wasps have totally gone. What more can you say?!

This chap went to help my 91 year old Mum with a suspected squirrel problem in the loft. He grumbled the whole time, caught 2 mice for £120 (2visits) and didn't come back to check the problem was resolved. We have caught a further 4 mice and now have to get someone else in. I contacted Gary on behalf of my Grandma who had discovered a wasps nest in an outdoor vent. Gary visited her property the same day, offered her a generous OAP discount and carried out the task to a high standard... even treating another vent and ant's nest whilst he was on the job.
